Role description
Payrate: $72.00- $78.00/ hr. Summary: The SEO Manager role will be an SEO subject matter expert leading the day-to-day work on Our Home Entertainment (HE) – Integrated Marketing (IM) division, which supports TV, Audio and Memory business, reporting to the Director - Digital. The SEO manager will be responsible for building relationships with cross-functional teams and agencies, responsible for planning and implementing best in class SEO strategy with focus on organic growth. This position is part of a fast-paced, dynamic digital team responsible for a growing business. The Manager should have vision and β€œbig picture” thinking to identify new opportunities throughout the consumer journey to grow awareness, engagement and conversion, while also having strong attention to detail. Ability to manage internal stakeholders across the organization, and agility to influence and collaborate across other vertical teams in a highly matrix ed environment. Responsibilities: β€’ Overall accountable for driving landing optimization recommendations, build linking strategies, analytics and content strategy β€’ Manage day-to-day SEO communications roadmap and execution across all Home Entertainment categories. β€’ Coordinate inputs from Corporate Marketing and Headquarters and prioritize within HE’s existing roadmap β€’ QA and provide clear feedback on content and technical optimizations to drive effective improvements in ranking β€’ Ensure all aspects of SEO have KPIs to benchmark performance and lead analysis on effectiveness of tactics and activations β€’ Understand key product reason to buy and features between models β€’ Partner with agency and digital / clients .com team to provide roadmap recommendations to drive traffic to the site β€’ Manage agency outputs for SEO including ensuring content aligns to brief, is measurable and actioned in a timely manner β€’ Partner with Digital team members to understand workstreams for .COM, social, PR and paid media to ensure cohesive messaging and best landing experiences for email communications. β€’ Experience documenting initiative requirements and clearly communicate stakeholder feedback to agency partners β€’ Share key activity updates and explore new ideas to find process efficiencies and offer forward-thinking solutions β€’ Understand competitive environment; proactively seek market knowledge through exposure to competitive retail landscape Qualification: β€’ Effective analytical, critical thinking and quantitative problem-solving abilities β€’ Self-starter with desire to learn and contribute β€’ Great collaborator and strong communication skills β€’ Planning & organization to manage multiple campaigns and work streams at one time β€’ Attuned to a teamwork environment, fast-paced rhythm, and a results-oriented culture β€’ Knowledge of SEO principals and best practices as well as basic understanding of SEM rush, JIRA/Confluence and other SEO management systems β€’ High proficiency of Microsoft Office is required with an emphasis on quantitative analysis (Excel) and the creation of presentations (PowerPoint) β€’ 5-7 years’ experience within eCommerce or Digital Marketing β€’ Experience using SEO systems to analyze results: SEM rush, BrightEdge, Adobe Analytics β€’ Fundamental understanding of SEO functionality to drive optimal results β€’ Must have strong skills in strategy, planning, marketing, and project management β€’ Keep abreast of best practices and new tools to ensure maximum productivity Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $72.00- $78.00/hr. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience and the benefits package you select.
